From Camille du Gast, France’s first female racing driver in 1901, to Michèle Mouton, who broke the lap record at the Circuit des Remparts in 1988 in a 205 Turbo 16, to Odette Siko, who remains to this day the highest-placed woman in the 24 Hours of Le Mans since 1932, the careers of many little-known female drivers will be retraced, with photos.
