\nThis sports car race is considered one of the oldest street races in the world, dating back to the late 19th century.
\nThe history of the Circuit des Remparts began in 1900, when motor sports enthusiasts got together to organize a car race around the ramparts of the old town.
\nThe first edition took place in 1901 and was a great success.
